The Thrillbilly Mud Club appears to be based on the Redneck Mud Park, an off-road park in Florida known for its mud-filled trails, camping, live music, and monster truck races.
Some fans suggest that this NPC could actually be an older Tracey De Santa , the daughter of GTA 5 protagonist Michael De Santa.
However, given that Tracey would be 34 at the start of GTA 6, this seems unlikely.
